Daughter's right in father's property of 1992

A daughter too is an inheritor in the father's property after the amendment to Hindu Succession Act in 2005. This amendment has considerably strengthened the woman's position in inheritance of property and post this amendment a daughter would have as much share as a son if the father dies intestate and the property of the father devolves under Hindu Succession Act
