Daughter staying with husband in parents home, now wants house

My Friend stays in a bungalow. Her Father has 2 sisters. Both of them married. Oje of the​ sisters after marriage came to stay at the house for some days due to some problems with her husband. But now its been more den 15 years she is staying there with her husband and kids. They keep troubling them always and keep fighting. Now they are claiming to own the house. My friends family consist of a mother father n their two daughters.My Friend stays in a bungalow. Her Father has 2 sisters. Both of them married. That from the information provided by you it appears that your father's sister staying alongwiht her husband and children in your bunglow. However, you have not made cleared as to the ownership of bunglow or its nature of acquision, i.e. is it self acquired, ancestral of your friends or your firend's father. whether parties are belong to hindu, muslim or what ? the absolute solution is depend on these meterials. you should provide these information. If the bungalow is owned by your friends father with his earnings, then he can directly get his sister with her family evacuated from the house with the help of Police complaint or court order. And if the bungalow is from the establishment of ur friends grandfather then her aunt has 1/3 share in the same. The Father of your friend can file a civil suit and get her evacuated after sharing her rights to her aunt.
