Daughter claiming share from father please assist

I am from telangana of age 89.my dauter of age 65 her marrige i have done in 1975..i given everthing at that time ..i lost my son in acident...nd taking care of grand son sir...nw she with the force of her husband filled case on me ..she has taken more than half share as money...nw she is claiming again...how can i and my grand son ..oppose her sir...pleas3 give valuable sol..
Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 is precisely the law that protects senior citizens. Under this law, no children can do any harm to the senior citizens or their properties and the senior citizen can also recover any property that they have given to their children by way of gift/sale deed, in the event of their children neglecting them or harming them .
Please note that the courts grant relief to Senior citizens within 30 days unlike other civil procedures and the district judge is the only authority who handles such cases.
