Dakhil Kharij of Residential land in nagar nigam area.

Sir , I purchase one plot in residential area of the city and built my house and it is registered in nagar nigam and paying tax , this property purchased through registry process , is it required to me to do Dakhil Kharij of this land.
some of my friend told to do Dakhil Kharij process and other friend told it in not required or not valid for plot in residential area comes under nagar nigam. Please clarify.
