Dad has partnership business with brother but no name in property

My dad has partnership with his younger brother for tea shop in Mumbai but we don't have name in our property but my uncle denied now to give us partnership after his expired..before that we were running and getting our turn now I don't know what legal action can be taken so that I can get my partnership ...we don't have much more proof which has cleared mentioned saying I'm equivalent partner of this property? Please suggest the way ahead

Looking at the facts specified by you, it appears that it was a verbal partnership betwwen ur father and uncle. Legally ur father or his legal heirs dont uave any right in the saud business and hence you wont be able to claim any rights in the same.

Dear Querist you need to pricuse documents including the licenses if any in whuch you can show that bussiness was being carried on equally
