Cyber crime victim need suggestions

Hi Sir/Ma'am,
I became a victim of online share trading scam and got cheated for around 18 Lakhs.
Have filed a compliant in Bangalore Police station.
Certain portion of amount is on hold.
A lawyer is charging 15% of amount that might get recovered.
Kindly let me know what is Court fees and Lawyer fees for such cases.
Will I actually get back the amount that's on hold?
How many days it might approx. take for such refunds?
