cusion brother used the agriculture Land

My question is that ,my father is Five brother in which its oldelr brother is die and agriculture property of him is transfer to four remaining brother by vasiat. But my cousion brother is using that agriculture land and deny to distriute the other.
plz suggest the best advice.

you can file a partition deed cousin brother is using that land you can file a suit for injunction to prevent him for using the land you can exchange your share for money if order is not satisfactory you can move the high court
