Cousins are harassing me to leave my property share

my cousin and his wife harasing me sister in law previous gave false complaints on her mother in law,other husbands brothers,compaints where dowry harassedment,murder charge etc,police enquired and termed in false.now she is harassed me,she complaint to me that i bet her,brought goondas to beat her,since i was in police station from morning to complaint about her,police delcared it has false.now can i get order from court that i should not be arrested when my cousinn or his wife complaint about me.there moto to kick me out house for which all 3 cousins are legal hiers.2 cousins live outside.
You should apply for quash petition (quashing the other side FIR and apply for anticipatory bail) in high court.also file a suit for partition of all the properties in civil court to prevent the nonsense happening to you.
