Cousin filed fake cases against us can we file compensation case

My cousin is demanding his share from my father's property. He filed a baseless case against us twice, one in lower court and another in district court both were rejected by court. now again he is saying that he will file another case and will make us suffer from legal procedures.. so my question is whether we can file a case of harasment or compensation against him or not? Or is there any way out of this
Yes definitely you can file a suit against your cousin. You may file a suit for damages and claim compensation on account of frivolous litigation filed against you. Under the law malicious prosecution is actionable claim under civil as well criminal law.
