Cousin claimed property which was in my name what can I do

I have some agricultural property in my name after transfer death of my mothers. The property was transfer in the name of my mother by her grant mother. At presently a my mother cousin brother entered wrongly his name in my property by order junior civil court at my village. Please advice me for cancellation his claim.
