Court vatap order by court but unable to pay the whole amount

Hi, I have a court order for land assessment of 4 surveys and for land assessment it goes to tahsildar office. But they have told me to pay 1,67,000 of 4 surveys. But I am unable to pay 1,34,000 of 1 survey. And I have told them don't do land assessment for that survey no as I will pay other 3 survey no's amount. But they are telling me to pay the whole amount as it is ordered by order. can you please assist me what to do further.

It is depend upon which contention you have contended in your original suit plaint.If you have prayed for partition by meats and bounds of 4 survey numbers.Then you can't deny for whole amount. Therefore original contentions in suit plaint and prayer of suit are important.
