Is it true that if any person wants to file any land property case in court. Then he/she would have to deposit equal amount of money , which is that of property value, in delhi court?

hello client as you are asking a question is hood question . but it should me also be told ght you are willing to file a civil property dispute on court. but need to tell what is the over all dispute for which you are willong to file a property case in court . in delhi court filling of court fees will be charged as per the shedule of court fees act.

Yes, you have to deposit ad valorem court fee. Which is basically proportionate to the market value of the Suit property. Without depositing the court fee, your case will be non maintainable and liable to be dismissed.
