Court delaying in passing ex parte order for stay. What should i do?

my mother died in 2013 and she had nominated her elder son ( my brother) as nominee. my brother got his name tranfred as a member.My mother had exected a will diving his entire assests including the flat equally among his two sons. i had moved to court and obtained a restraining order . I have also got probate of the will.my lawyer says that application for inclusion of my name in the share certificate should be done final verdict of the case.but the judge is making inordinate delay in issuing exparte order .In view of this delay I am worried. What should be next step./

consult your local lawyer about the present condition of the court. if you are not satisfied, move to upper court / high court for a direction to dispose of the matter within a stipulated period. i hope this will solve your concern
