Correction in sales deed (date of execution mentioned is incorrect)

There is typo error on one of the page of sales deed. 31st June is mentioned in place of 31 May as date of execution of sales deed while on all other pages, 31 May is mentioned. The previous seller of the deed is not available. Can we get the date changed without rectification deed through may process (Maybe through any newspaper release and than get it corrected at registrar office)
if both the parties have their consent then u can file supplementary sale deed/ rectification deed before the sub division office. if the other party disagree with the same den u can file the case u/s 31 specific relief act to rectify or cancel ur sale deed.
