Copies of Land Record under Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956

16-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
In the copies of land record (Jamabandi) caste of my ancestors is mentioned as "Rawal" from 1953 AD to now. But in jamabandi of 1943 AD caste of my ancestors is mentioned as "Rawal Brahmin". All the land records (except one) mention my ancestors caste as "Rawal". May you please tell me according to Rajasthan Land Reveune Act, 1956 which one should prevail?

Actually in 1955 all the settlements were done by the revenue department and those persons who are in possession on 1955 were counted and recorded as khatedar and as such the record of 1955 and thereafter will prevail.
