Coparcener as per HINDU SUCCESSION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2005
05-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My Grandfather acquired a property from his own money and died intestate on 8.7.95. As per the nomination the society transferred the property on my grandmother's name who died intestate on 21.5.05. They had 1 son (my father) and 3 married daughters. The property was transferred on my father's name (per nomination) who died intestate on 6.2.18. He has 1 son (myself) and 2 daughters. Me and my mother are the current nominees of the property. My father's sisters are now claiming their right over the property. My questions is -
1. Do they stand as the coparcener? and
2. Who all will be the coparceners.
Thank you.
