Cooperative Housing society Misusing its powers

Just a question for now... to know the cost to be incurred to sue a charge on the committe mem,A small part of the society was redeveloped 2 decades back which due to attitude of the new flat buyers and the society members never got proper documentations or share certificates Members are using the allotted position for beaurocacy for their own family gains and not doing proper work for society . even document acknowledgement they do not do. What will; be the expenses to File suit and a claim.
