Conversion of GPA to a property registry

20-Dec-2024 (In Property Law)
My parental house is in delhi. It was transferred to my mother via a General Power of Attorney by the seller. The seller is not alive and GPA as I understand is not a valid ownership document after 2011 SC judgement. However, I am interested to seek legal help to convert this GPA into a legal registry. Is there a process in law which address my issue?

If you have registered GPA then you can file declaration suit and permanent injunction suit in the court and get the order in which the title of the property will be cleared after that you can register the property in your name.
