Construction of House on Father's Property

My Father procure one land in 2011 & the property is on my mother name.
Last year my younger brother construct the house on half of the portion.
Now his wife are creating issue as she is not allowing my Parents to stay in that house.
Just want to know that house legally belong to whom or my brother wife can remove my Parents from the house which is constructed on my Father property.
No if the property is the self earned property of your parents then your brother or his wife has no right to evict them from the said property. they are living as a licensee in the house. Remedy before your
parents is to move the application before District Magistrate of the concerned jurisdiction where your parents are residing.

she cannot oppose your parents to use this house,as it has been constructed on lamd belonging to your mother/father. if your mother and father are senior citizens, they may take legal recourse under the senior citizens act.
