Constructed house in 1992 but the property was not on our name

in 1992 we construct a home on a land and later on we come to know that is not our name so sir our case is runing at state level court so sir tell me court what will be descion
First of all it is to be seen what type of land it is? Whether it is aabadideh, milkiyat or etc. And also what kind of case you jave filed either a ownership suit or else. And if you are in possession of suit property than its a plus point to the case. You have to lead evidence in order to prove your ownership. And if there is sufficient evidence and the court is satisfied it may order the case in your favour.

Please give details like the case which you have mentioned and show the case papers tell us also whether any electricity or water connection you have taken on that land and you have given bill regarding that. Whether you have pass the map form municipality at the time of construction of house
