Constructed 2 floor building how to legally transfer 1 floor to inlaws

Hi, Recently i have constructed 2 floor building. currently the property is in my wife name and i want to legally transfer one floor to my in-laws including parking space. just like apartment. could you please let me know the process of doing so? is there a way to transfer one floor in that to in-laws?
Dear Sir/Madam, your wife have two options 1. to sale or 2. to Gift , to them. I would like to advise that Gift Deed is best instead of sale deed, because of Gift Deed is economy and also legal implications as sale deed. If you want my legal service in this regard, I will do it.
