Completion certificate and mutation related issue

Registry of my flat is done. I have taken possession. But builder still not provided CC/OC. I am unable to do mutation. Though agreement period for handover is crossed. What shall I do? Also some amenities like gym, power backup, cctv not provided yet. What shall I do? Builder office is not answering phone calls or unable to give proper reply.
dear client as per your query since builder is not providing completion certificate (cc) you first need to send legal notice and need to file a complaint in RERA and the file a case in consumer court the court then will direct to provide you the cc..

For getting a positive result you will have to file case in consumer commission. Then the builder will be at gun point to provide you with all the facilities which he promised and the C.C matter will also be solved.
