I have filled a case against my developer at kolkata highcourt nine months back. Till date no hearing taken place. Being a reitered senior citizen, what next to be followed. Kindly suggest.
Just filing a case in court is not enough sir. Your lawyer needs to mention the matter for listing then mention the matter for upgradation in the list and once the matter is upgraded he will have to make the hearing and close the matter. Please call us for more details
