Dear Querist,
Do you have a registered agreement or allotment letter? Is the delay beyond agreed date of possession?
How much is the difference of amount?
Although you can file a complaint on your own but it is advisable to take legal assistance because RERA proceedings are summary proceedings.

It is recommended you hire a lawyer to guide you. Remedies may also be available in other courts depending on the facts of the case.

The procedure to file a complaint is available on the rera website of the respective states.
