Company in loss registration of land never happened how to get bail

We were working as an agent for a real estate co pant. We have sold their plots. But somehow company was not able to get conversions and all formalities.so registries never happened . Now people want and are willing g to file 420 and 120 against us as they say that we have done this crime . We are yet ready to support them and help them in all ways . Is there any provison with the court or indian judiciary where we can get some Bail sort of thing so that any arrest could not happen. We are willing to stand I. Support of public. What should I do?
You can file pre arrest bail before court concerened.if you are able to show the court that money was not transfered to you it went to the account of company or if you got the money and from your account you transfered into company's account than you have an arguable case for pre arrest bail.
