Commercial activity in Residential property
03-May-2023 (In Property Law)
I am a Pediatric doctor and is unemployed. I own a 2 BHK flat in a co-op housing society and I conduct therapy for Autistic children there. I am using Living and 1 bedroom for the activity. I am using 1 bedroom for my staying and I stay in the same flat.
I received a notice from the society demanding Rs 15,000 for carrying out the activity and also they gave a deadline date to quit the therapy activity in my flat.
Please guide me through this.
If you're doing any type of businesses which require assembly or Or any type of business activities and the area where you are living is declared as destination then it will be considered as commercial activity so I request you not to do any activity which is commercial otherwise you have to face the consequences however there are Certain categories which are exempted even in residential for more details you may drop in our office thank you
