Co-owner not allowing to sell joint pagadi property

My mother and her 3 sisters have a joint ancestral pagadi property (1RK in chawl, Mumbai). One sister (divorcee) was staying there for 40 years and expired 6 years back and the house is closed since that time. Expired sister's share has been transferred to her daughter (divorcee). The 3 sisters want to sell this house but the divorcee daughter is not allowing us to sell it. Rent receipts are in the name of all these 4 joint owners. How can 3 sisters sell this house

Well, three Sisters can sell the Property with or without the consent of the Divorcee Daughter, but their transaction will be termed as Illegal and Invalid transfer, as they are not the owners of the Property. Forget about selling the Property, Law doesn't permit them to Sublet also.
