Co-Owner Name Deletion from Society Share certificate

Me and my father jointly hold a flat in a society. Recently my father was expired. I want get my father's name removed from society share certificate. Me, my mother and my sister are legal heirs of the my father's property. I want to know how to transfer the shares owned by my father to my mothers name. We are hindu by religion.

you can make an application with affidavit to society for share certificate. but if society refuses to issue share certificate and ask for hairshhip certificate then you have to make an application for hairshhip certificate before civil court. then you can get ownership and in future you want to sale that property, you can sale. any more information you can call me. thank you.
