Client not paying complete amount agreement made since 13 months

resident of hyderabad on the august of 2016 i made an agreement with a client on selling the property to him at an amount of 14.5 lakhs and he paid an amount of 9 lakhs on the day of agreement and transfered 3.5 lakhs through bank deposit after 4 months of agreement and now its been 13 months after agreement he is not making the remaining payment what should i do? the property is not yet registered on the client name. please help me out of this situation. we belong to hindu religion as well as the client also.
Sir it's very simple send him a notice stating that he is liable to pay the remaining balance amount and give him 15 days time for payment if the time lapse then state him that his agreement will be canceled.

As yu have received part payment and remaining was suppose to be done in 4 months and he has not come forward with the balance payment. You have to send him notice asking him to comply with the conditions of the agreement entered between both of you if not then the agreement stand cancel.
