Clarification on share of daughter in deceased father's property

06-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
A property is in name of my father who died in 1992. We are three sisters and one brother. My brother and mother died in 2015. Property is still in my father's name it had not been transferred. My brother has one son. Now on this property (was self created by my father) are we sisters entitled for our share?

This is my response to you: 1. Obtain a succession certificate for all the deceased; 2. The brother's wife and child and you three sisters have share in the property;; 3. So partition it equally; 4. Otherwise file a suit for partition in the civil court; 5. Engage services of a lawyer and understand the concept better.
