Clarification on property dispute between joint owners of a school

Sir I am ankit from Jaipur and I have a school. We were 3 partners in a land of about 1500 square gaz. My 2 partners wants to sell this land and 1 of partner had builded a building in about 400square gaz. My problem is that two years ago I rented my land to my partner but now I want to sell my land . But there is nothing written that which part of land will be whose so can I take the part where my first partner builded and authority(patta) of land belongs to all three of us help me
