Clarification on Legal Requirement for Family Consent in Sale

24-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
Is it legally required for an 80-year-old lady to obtain the signatures of her children or grandchildren while selling her self-owned property, which she purchased three years ago from a buyer? At the time of purchase, there was no mention of any rights or claims by her children or grandchildren. Given that the property is self-acquired and not ancestral, can she proceed with the sale independently, or are there any legal formalities she must fulfill regarding family consent?

the property appears to be self acquired by that senior lady. there are actually no legal requirement to obtain signatures of a children and grand children while telling the property. if the buyer is insisting on signatures of all those she better look for some other buyer.
