Clarification on land acquisition
09-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
4r agri land is acquitted by our neighbour. When they measured their land , because of wrong land map, 4r part of our land , got measured in their area. Now they the custody of the land. Now Bhumi abhilekh department people saying that, if acquitted land is less than 5%, of your total land, then you cannot claim , for map correction. Please help here and suggest your opinion. Thanks,
