Clarification on gift deed by brother in name of his sister

My brother have got married for 2nd times.due to some reason my brother gifted his house in favor of me through gift deed and told me till his death his wife can stay in his house,after his death if she doesn't out from that house how can i out her from there?for that any legal procedure needed.can she claim the house?

Accordingly, civil procedure law, if any person gifted his or her property (own property) to the other person, from that very moment, the person to whome the property is gifted will b the owner of that very property..... Example..... If A ( the owner of a property) gifted a property to B today, B will get the ownership from this day as well B should have every right to take any kinds of legal actions against A..... So as per your quarry, u r the absolute owner of your brother's property this moment, u can take any kind of legal action against your sister in law and also can go for eviction suit...
