Clarification on an affidavit and property donation by father

Respected Sir My father was a govt servant and due to some mental stress he submit affidavit of 10 Rs along with property donation and we are completely un aware about this so after his death Office where they worked told us about this so please sir kindly help in such matter that what we can do in such matter I will be highly thankful to you.
