Clarification Needed Regarding Pattah Application

Dear Sir
1.Tasildhar rejected and send to RDO saying in A register it is held over .Tasildhar only have Xrox copy of A register
It does not have any info .online TSLR patta coming in my previous to pervious owner (heldover)for my plot number
2. In the same new survey number 27 people got Pattah he is saying it is given on settlement period.

Sir… we need to process the appeal before RDO. If someone else also claiming same patta/ownership better to file suit for injunction if all documents of ownership available. More appropriate answer to your question can be given only upon looking at the papers.
