Claim to 3.51 Acres of Assigned

Now, I am seeking legal recourse to assert my rights to the 3.51 acres of land. I maintain that there was no formal or documented settlement regarding the 3.51 acres in 1978, and the fact that the land was transferred to my husband’s brother's children in 2016 does not negate my rights as his surviving spouse and the original legal heir under the law. Additionally, the lack of my husband's Aadhar and death certificate should not invalidate my claim, as I am his lawful wife with legal standing as

hi if you want to claim yohr husbands share and if the land had been registered in another name then you could file suit for partition in court seeking relief of equal share in the property and to cancel the regisyration done by the persons fraudulently
