Claim of property leaving 20 years owner request to vacate the propert

My and my family leaving in property in last 20 years in under construction property as a care taker and property in our possession now owner of the property request me to vacate the property. We have ration card and I'd proof of the same premises can i claim of that as a owner of property or which type of proof required to claim that property
