If the parents want to obtain guardianship in relation to a property belonging to a minor then first of all they must obtain guardianship under order 32 of CPC. After that they can make a transaction in relation to the said property. However even in such circumstances, they cannot make a transaction which is adverse to the interest of the minor. Hence this transaction may be cancelled or your parents may be asked to indemnify you.
