Civil court permission needed to
10-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
i have civil case in Jr.Civil Judge court which is pending since 2020. I want to file petition for the same cause in Lokayuktha and State Human Right Commission. Should I take permission from Jr. Civil Judge Court ?
hi you cannot file same case in different courts seeking same relief as it is barred by res judicata and need to see the contents of the suit filed by you and if it is pending then you could file extension petition
