Cidco transfer order does not include father's namre
23-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
When I bought my flat in kharghar sector 11 The agreement of sale had my and my dad's name. The society share certificate were transferred in my name and my dad's name. However the final Cidco transfer order only had my name . How can I get this corrected . What will be the impact when I try to resell the property
You can get this corrected by proving that the property was purchased on Joint Name & by bringing to their Notice, that, the Share Certificate certificates were too issued on the Joint Name. If the CIDCO will not add your Dad's name in the transfer order, you can file a case against CIDCO .
