Change of ownership in SRA property.....

My mother had bought a flat in SRA building from 2nd owner within 10 years from the date of allotment of room. And yet the ownership is on the name of 1st owner.so I am the 3rd owner. What can I do to get the transfer of ownership on my mother's name?
As per your query
you might be very well aware that the flat under SRS scheme cannot be sold by the original owner for minimum 10 years. Since the flat has been purchased by you from the second owner you need to wait for completion of the 10 years, only after that the property can be transferred from the first owners name to the second owner and then in your name.
