Change in Varasaat without any notice

06-Dec-2024 (In Property Law)
My father in law was gifted 10 acres agriculture land in 50 years back by relative . He passed away in 2016 . In the year 2024 January through proper application my mother in law,s name was added in her husbands place as the Varasaat in the Khatauni . Now in November 2024 one of the relative who initially gifted the land has got her name removed and got his Wife and sister in Law name inserted via a Chakbandi restoration order Niyam 109 as original land owner. My mother in law is 85 year old.

File an objection under the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, using ownership proof to challenge the Chakbandi order. Argue it was an irrevocable gift and seek a stay. If unresolved, approach the civil court or High Court for further remedy.
