Change in schedule of property when previous owner is dead

My properties east to west dimensions have been interchanged with north to south dimensions. Previous owner is dead so rectification deed cannot be executed.
Sir, if your previous owner isdead, you can rectify the mistakes in the document through the legal heirs of the owner. If there is not agreed to rectify the mistakes in the documents or if no legal heir, you can rectify the mistakes through the civil Court order. If you need any further advice please contact me .
