Case pending in SDM court what if opposite party dies during it

Dear sir I m fighting land dispute in civil court sdm previous this case go on favour of other party decision by tehsil dar now we appeal in sdm court I want to know that if opposite party person will be dead during case then I can't fight case .
have to file application for impleadment of Legal Representatives. yoi can continue with the case after lefal representatives of the party come on record. file the death certificate and legal heir certificate along with application.
