case of encroachment on government land

This is a case of encroachment on government land. Based on complaints from the villagers, the Patwari and Tehsildar ordered the clearance of land under section 248. We have been in possession of this land for over 17 years, and the previous owner, from whom we purchased it, was also in possession for a long time. We own 12 acres of land, and adjacent to it, the Tehsildar has identified 1.5 acres as government land. Trees have been planted on this land, and we have also developed it, as we were

If u have not encroached upon the govt land and if the complaints are false and frivolous made intentionally against u then u can approach high court in writ petition .If any penalty is imposed against u by the tehsildar then let me know .Kindly provide the exact details of the case .Contact me for any help.
