if property has been transferred on your name then get the partition by filing partition suit. if cases have been already closed in your favour then there is no impediment for the same. noteworthy to say here that detail given by you are not complete so it is difficult to opine accurately. legal remedy open to you is to file partition suit, for further query in respect of your case you need phone consult to ascertain the legal position in your case.

Your question is not clear . What I can gather from your question is that you have won the case against your brother , once you have won the case against your brother there remains no question of partition . Therefore in order to answer your query i need all facts , the kind of suit you filed in Katni , the decree which was given to you by the civil court , what was the order of the High court. Therefore I cannot answer your query.
