hi sir, i purchased an vacant site in 2004 it was ancestral property sold by hindu now he is no more now his daughters have filled case when we puchased they were minors and signed by his wife also kindly give some suggentions

Hello, father can legally sell the property without signature of minor If the successor is a minor, the father will need to take permission from the court if he wishes to sell the property. The court's authorization is necessary in such cases. But need to go there your case based on facts it may vary.
