Plaintiff and D1 to D3 are present before the National Lok Adalat and filed photos, Aadhaar cards in respect of their identity. on perusal of the same this bench is satisfied with the identity of the parties. Both parties filed terms of compromise and the same is recorded. Hence, suit is disposed off in terms of compromise. Award is passed accordingly. The plaintiff is entitled for refund of court fee as per Legal Service Authority Act.

In a National Lok Adalat, the plaintiff and defendants confirmed their identities with photos and Aadhaar cards. They agreed to a compromise to settle their dispute, and this agreement was officially recorded. The court accepted this compromise, resolved the suit accordingly, and issued an award based on their agreement. Because the case was settled amicably, the plaintiff can get back the court fees paid, as allowed by law.
