Caretakers family refuses to vacate the property what to do

We gave the house to a caretaker whilst we we were out of India. He looked after the house and in one room lived with his family. Now he has died and his children refuse to vacate the house. As we do not have time to spend in India and sell the house what shall we do?

I advice to give special power of attorney to your relative or best trusted person. Then you get filed a civil suit for mandatory injunction for vacation of the house on the ground that the deceased was just a care taker.
On the criminal side you can file a complaint to the police for house breaking and illegal possession.
